These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of drjustinleedpt.com and your purchase or participation in any product, course, coaching, membership, or service offered by liftforchange LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are / Educational Purpose

We provide educational content, mentorship, coaching, and resources for pre-physical therapy (pre-PT) students (e.g., application strategy, personal statements, interviews, school selection guidance).

Not medical or legal advice: Our content is educational and informational only and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use our services, unless a parent/guardian provides written consent.

3) Account Access & Conduct

If you create an account or access a course portal, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep login credentials confidential

  • Not share or resell access

  • Not misuse the Site (hacking, scraping, harassment, spam, illegal activity)

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4) Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions

Pricing & taxes: Prices are listed on the Site and may change at any time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Subscriptions/memberships: If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5) Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Refund policies vary by offer and will be stated on the checkout page and/or sales page.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed/downloaded.

  • Coaching/mentorship may have limited refund windows or may be non-refundable due to reserved time and immediate access to materials.

  • Strategy sessions and appointments may be subject to rescheduling/cancellation rules stated at booking.

6) No Guarantees 

We do not guarantee admission into any DPT program, scholarships, interviews, or outcomes. Your results depend on many factors outside our control (academics, prerequisites, experience hours, letters of recommendation, essay quality, interview performance, program competitiveness, deadlines, and more).

7) Intellectual Property & License

All content on the Site and within our programs (videos, worksheets, templates, scripts, guides, frameworks, email content, community posts) is owned by liftforchange LLC or licensed to us.

You may use materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials

  • Share logins or files

  • Record or redistribute coaching calls or trainings without written permission

8) User Content & Testimonials

If you submit content (comments, posts, messages, testimonials), you grant us permission to use it for business purposes (marketing, education, product improvement), unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Results may vary: Testimonials are not a promise of typical results.

9) Community Guidelines (If Applicable)

If your purchase includes community access (e.g., Discord, Circle, Facebook group), you agree to:
